Paralegal Technology Glossary

Hi, my name is Cindy, and I am currently studying at Ahuntsic College in Paralegal Technology. This program is mainly on research, analytic. We learn how to assist in law and motion practice, including preparation of notices, declarations, and trial notebook preparations.support litigation attorneys, manage case files and format. This glossary will help you understand the terms used in the law field and help you when doing a law related homework. I have used Actively Engaged Online by Nicholas Walker as my main source for this glossary.
